The content of a prenuptial agreement can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage. They may also include terms for the forfeiture of assets as a result of divorce on the grounds of adultery; further conditions of guardianship may be included as well.
This agreement has been integrated with couple of religions like islam & judaism and agreement will be read before the marriage… Also a lot of western countries have started to legalize this agreement…
As far as I read this agreement is not valid in India (this is just an information i got it from net and not confirmed from legal experts)… There are lot of people who have started to advocate the need for this agreement and I’m support this agreement to be legalized in India and help save lots of couple fight and loose fortune in legal battle…
