When Life Feels Against You — I Stopped Fighting and Found Peace

There are phases in life where nothing seems to go your way.

Health acts up.
Money feels tight.
Plans don’t move.
People misunderstand you.
And somehow… everything happens at the same time.

I recently went through a phase like this.

For a while, I kept asking the same question in my head:
“Why is everything against me?”

The more I asked, the more restless I became.

Then I realized something important.

Inner peace is not when life becomes perfect

We all think peace means:

  • Problems solved
  • Money flowing
  • Health perfect
  • Everything under control

But that’s not peace. That’s ideal conditions.

Real peace is this:

Being okay… even when things are not okay.

That was my first shift.

I stopped fighting everything

Earlier, my mind was constantly resisting:

  • “This shouldn’t happen”
  • “Why now?”
  • “When will this end?”

That resistance was exhausting.

So I tried something different.

I told myself:

“Maybe this is just a phase. Let me handle it properly instead of fighting it.”

Just like in business — when the market is down, you don’t fight the market.
You slow down, conserve energy, and prepare.

That one thought reduced half my stress.

The real problem was not life… it was my thoughts

I noticed something strange.

Even when I slept, my mind didn’t stop.
Thoughts were running continuously.

That’s when I understood:

The problem is not just what is happening.
The problem is how much I am thinking about it.

So I started doing something very simple.

Every day, I sit quietly for 10 minutes.

I don’t try to control anything.
I just watch my thoughts like traffic on a road.

Slowly, the noise reduced.

I focused on calming my body

When the body is stressed, the mind becomes worse.

So instead of trying big solutions, I did small things:

  • Slow breathing (longer exhale)
  • Simple walking
  • No overdoing techniques

Nothing fancy.

But it helped.

Because when the body calms down, the mind follows.

I reduced my life to basics

At one point, I was thinking about everything:

  • Future plans
  • Problems
  • Responsibilities
  • Big decisions

It was too much.

So I made a rule:

For some time, I will only focus on:

  1. My health
  2. My family
  3. Daily stability

That’s it.

No big goals. No expansion thinking.

And surprisingly… that brought peace.

I changed how I see this phase

Instead of thinking:

“Everything is going wrong”

I started thinking:

“This is my slow phase. A phase where I am forced to pause and rebuild.”

Not exciting. Not glamorous.
But necessary.

Sometimes life slows you down… not to punish you, but to reset you.

What I keep telling myself now

Whenever things feel heavy, I repeat one line:

“This phase will pass.”

Not as motivation.
Just as truth.

Because every phase in life — good or bad — has always passed.

Final Thought

If you are also going through a phase where everything feels against you…

Don’t try to fix everything immediately.

  • Calm your mind
  • Stabilize your body
  • Reduce your focus
  • Take one day at a time

Peace doesn’t come when life becomes perfect.

It comes when you stop panicking about life being imperfect.

What Is Karma Cleansing? And Why Do Good People Get Cheated?

Why do bad things happen to good people?
Why do cheaters prosper and the loyal ones suffer?

Enter: Karma cleansing, a spiritual and emotional practice that doesn’t erase the past, but helps free you from its grip.

What Is Karma Cleansing?

Karma cleansing is the process of releasing negative emotional, mental, and spiritual baggage from past actions, yours or others, so you stop carrying cycles of pain into your future. It doesn’t mean ignoring what happened. It means you don’t let it define you anymore.

Just like physical detox clears toxins, karma cleansing is about cutting karmic ties to those who wronged you — not to forgive them for their sake, but to free yourself from them.

Why Are There Cheaters and Cheated?

In a fair world, you’d expect balance. But reality isn’t always fair, it’s karmic.
   > Some people cheat because they haven’t evolved yet.
   > Some people get cheated on because they’re strong enough to grow through it.

It doesn’t justify betrayal. But it gives it context. Sometimes, your pain is not your punishment — it’s your push toward transformation. You’re clearing something deeper than just this life.

How Karma Cleansing Helps

  • Breaks emotional loops of revenge or resentment
  • Brings clarity: “It was their lesson, not my worth”
  • Helps stop attracting the same pain again
Creates space for better relationships and energy.

You don’t have to “let it go” overnight. But you can begin to let it go from you.

Final Thought

If you’re reading this and you’ve been betrayed or hurt by someone who had no reason to hurt you, know this:

Their karma is theirs. Yours is how you rise, heal, and stop carrying their poison in your heart.

Let karma cleanse, not consume. 🌙

Looking for Inner Peace

The Inner Peace

Just came out after watching the movie Kung Fu Panda II… The movie gave me a lot of answers for a lot of questions… I was able to draw lot of parallels from the movie… One such thing was the Panda – the dragon warrior (PO) searching & finding his Inner Peace…

Though the movie sounds comical it had lots of take away… I find my inner peace in being myself… I hate leading a fake life for pleasing others… I was happy to experience my inner self immediately after coming out of the movie…

It rained heavily outside & I went out an sat on the corridor floor when the whole bunch of visitors were standing… After my initiative a lot others started sitting on the floor… That moment I felt like a leader thought it sounded crazy…

That particular incident made me live the way I liked… When I came down I started my scooter & I was driving crazy on the basements bumpy floor… The child in me was out…

Then it was a fun ride… I wore my rain coat to avoid getting wet… My friend was mocking me that rain stopped and I got fooled by nature… But again our crazy four wheeler riders help be laugh back at him… They drove at a speed that they splashed all the stagnated water on us… I didn’t get angry as I got an opportunity to laugh back at my friend…

Overall I learned what Inner Peace is… I experience my Inner Peace… I thank Kung Fu Panda’s Master Shifu for explaining what Inner Peace is….
