I’ve been a blogged for almost a decade now and all the while I’ve never believed on cloud and always went with the Indian mindset of owning things… All this changed until Swami implemented cloud in our office…
- It started with our Project Management too JIRA…
- Then we moved our versioning system to GIT…
- Then moved our sales management system to Zendesk…
- Then with the help of BAMBOO we implemented Continuous Integration..
After seeing the benefits of cloud I decided to move away from my self-hosted WordPress BLOG to Cloud hosted WordPress BLOG… For the record this happens to be my first blog after moving to cloud and from now I need not worry about;
- Server Downtime…
- Script Upgrade
- Data Backups
Also must thank Swami for his continuous support in encouraging me to blog, being a master executer and for porting the site successfully to Cloud…
Not it is time to play around the features available and to fine tune my blog to make it more readable and presentable…
