Sawme Showers Praise on Me

20140209-093857.jpg

Not sure what kindled Sawme to shower soo much praise on me…. All the ingredients specified on the cartoon were not my natural traits…

Willing or unwilling I put into lots of situation & only thing I did is I never quit…

They were god given opportunities… And I’m thankful to god for taking me thru some tough & challenging situations… Without which I wouldn’t have gained strength, the personality & character…

The Maze of Specialisation :(

It all started with Cardiology & the subsequent mess lead to Hemorrhage & it’s time for a Neurologist

Then wanted to do a tracheostomy & then came ENT specialist…

Then a Pulmonologist to look after lung & respiratory related issues…

The for infection control came Infection Specialist

Then for any urinary related issues came Nephrologist

Finally Gastro Entologist

You will be wondering what I’m talking about… Yes these are the many specialist I’ve dealt with for my dad in last 18 months…

The irony with these (doctors) specialist is they don’t collaborate or interact… It becomes the responsibility of the patient or the attender to connect the dots…

Things were not this complex when medical world had only general practitioners… In my personal opinion micro-specialisation has made thins complex than simple…

Today I’m familiar with most of the medical terms, procedures & processes… I’m confident of passing MBBS exams which once looked tough or impossible to me :)…

Still I’m inside the maze and hope i come out successfully on a Happy Note…

Ashtamsa Sri Varada Anjaneya Temple History

Two decades ago, Rajamani Bhattar, a temple priest of Tirunelveli, brought up in Vaikanasa Agama tradition and an upasaka of the Anjaneya, was blessed by Guruji Haridos Giri Swami and he was presented with the idols of Sri Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Anjaneya and a Shadchakra Saligrama at Thennangur.

The Swami had made an apocalyptic statement that the votary would build a shrine for Anjaneya.

In the year 2004, a divine call directed him to devote his entire time and resources to construct a shrine for Anjaneya at the spot indicated in his dream, at Peelamedu in Coimbatore.

Located on a spacious plot of ground tucked a few meters away from and on theCoimbatore-Avinashi road, opposite ESSO bus stop (near Suguna Kalyanamandapam) the Ashtamsa Sri Varada Anjaneya is endued with eight special features.

Hence its uniqueness in standing apart from other temples dedicated to the Anjaniputhra.

Normally Hanuman is portrayed with His folded hands praying to Sri Ramachandra.

But, the gomukhi-structured idol of the deity here, in Peelamedu facing west and measuring eight feet is of a different kind.

And many more unique featrues of the lord Hanuman can be found in this temple.

KP is one of my Favourite player & he will be missed for sure…

Here is KP’s response after getting axed:

Kevin Pietersen said: “Playing cricket for my country has been an honour. Every time I pulled on the England shirt was a moment of huge pride for me and that is something that will live with me forever.

“Although I am obviously very sad the incredible journey has come to an end, I’m also hugely proud of what we, as a team, have achieved over the past nine years.

‘I feel extremely fortunate to have played at a time of great success for England cricket alongside some of the best cricketers the country has ever produced.

‘I want to thank everyone for their fantastic support and I wish the team the very best of success going forward.

‘I believe I have a great deal still to give as a cricketer. I will continue to play but deeply regret that it won’t be for England.’

Stop Worrying!!! Start Enjoying!!!

Start practicing to enjoy every tough situation… Remember today’s Pains are tomorrows Gains…
