Today had meeting with Bala Murugan who is the chief architect of this site. Also we met with couple of people today to get their insights about the concept and asked for their availability to be a part of it. Couple of people has shown interest to be a part of it.
So I took a print out of my previous blog post which is the starting point for our discussion. Bala was happy with the list of things I showed him and also we have added couple of more features.
So we made a list of things which has to be completed before our next meeting.Â
List looks small but I think it will be a challenging task to coordinate and form a group that have common interest and passion to make it big. But I think the first priority to get tech geek who has tremendous passion for LAMP technologies and passion for community contribution. Once when we get such a person we can start working on the website and simultaneously look for other people.
So one thing what came in our mind is to answer a common question;
What is in it for us if we volunteer?
The answer this is a community website and all the initial members will be co-founders. Also members can benefit only after making the website a brand and it is upto them to make use of the brand. Since it is a community it is more of giving than taking and one must always believe that Givers Take.
I’m happy we have taken this to next level and would be glad to make some progress everyday. You can expect a blog from me for every progress.
Once again please ping me if you are interested to volunteer for any of the above positions or you can help us by passing this message through blog posts or by twitting in twitter or any other available methods.
We are planning to launch a community driven website for Startups. I can see several forums and forums for startups but I don’t think so if they are really catering for Startup’s real needs. So, I think these are some good features which will be helpful for startups;
Jobs Portal: This feature will allow startups to share their resumes database and also we will allow candidates to post their resumes for free. Startups in time of need can access these resumes.
Marketplace: Startups can post their abundant resource for barter or for sale. Also startup which is in need of any resource can make use of abundant resource.
Forum: This is one common element which is a part of any community portal.
Directory: Startups can list their company and service in this column.
Blogs: We would request prominent personalities of different sector to write blog in their specialization which will be helpful for startups.
Webinars: Frequent webinars which helps startups in training and knowledge sharing.
Resource Index: This section will contain information like;
Contests: Monthly contests with special gifts.
Events Calendar: Update on startup events calendar for events like Proto, Headstart, Startup Saturdays, OCC meets etc.
Kindly pass if you have any other ideas or features I missed. Also we are looking for volunteers to maintain the site. Please soot and email to anand@anandnataraj.com if you are interested to be a part.
These are the girls who came in my life till date. They have moved forward in their life but I’m not. So for now let me list those girls and tell you what attracted the most;
Juhi Chawla: I think she is the first babe I started to admire once I reached my adulthood. I was (I think still I’m) a die-hard fan of her and I use to watch all her movies in the 90’s. I can remember the days where I had internet connection from VSNL which was shell based. I use to download her stills and can view those images only after downloading as there was no GUI with shell account. She really dazzled in mid 90’s.
Raveena Tandon: I’ve soo much attraction towards her that I’ve asked my mom to look
for a bride like her. Her Cheez Badiyae Mast Mast in Mohra still stays in my eyes. In my early days of internet browsing I spend maximum time downloading her stills. Late 90’s and early 2000 I spent a lot of time dreaming about her while studying, sleeping and driving. If I’ve a daughter for sure she will be named after this babe.
Urmila Matondkar: After the release of Rangeela two things happened one is A.R.Rehman’s entry into Bollyhood and the next one is Urmila wave all over India. I’m one person who fell for this babe. She is not only known for her beauty but also for her acting skills. If anyone has to see her best one you must watch Ek Haseena Thi. Again she shared some moment along with Raveena :P.
Drew Barrymore: I must say my love for her started while I was five or six years old. That
is when I watched the movie the movie Extra Terrestrial. The next time I saw her was in the movie Charles Angels and I fell for this lovely cheek. The last movie I saw her was He is Just not In it for You bur she lost her charm in that movie anyways this babe too has a special place in my heart for ever.
Priyanka Chopra: I didn’t get attracted to her when she won neither Miss.World title nor when she acted in her first movie Tamilan. I first got attracted to this babe after watching the movie Mujse Shaadhi Karogi and Salaam-e-Ishq. Fashion made a strong mark in me to fall for her. Now-a-days she finds more time in my dreams.
Nicole Scherzinger: I heard she has ventured into movies but I can’t think of a day where
I’ve never thought about this babe for a moment. I got my first enemy in my life because of her. Once I came to know she is dating F1 star Lewis Hamilton I started spending more time in Karting and improving my skills to compete with Lewis one day. Normally I never buy videos of albums. But when it comes to this babe I’ve brought all her albums with videos. I have no words to describe about this babe. For now let me take a deep breathe and move to next one.
Tanisha Mukerjee: She might have not clicked that much in movies but after seeing Unnaalae Unnaalae & Sarkar Raj I got attracted for her sweet mannerisms and child like acting. Her vibes are soo powerful soo much so that it makes me so fresh after seeing her. If at all I want to marry someone I’d like them to have her mannerism.
Liv Tyler: I came to know about this babe only a week back after watching the movie The
Strangers. In the review I wrote in my blog I said only that that justified for time & money spent was Liv. She really sizzles and I think she has found a new place in my heart. It is time to collect more pictures of her and watch more movies of her.
Tamanna Bhatia: She is the latest one in the list and I dream about her a lot now-a-days. Again I didn’t like her from the beginning. I got attracted only after watching the movie Ayan where she sizzles. I’m sure this babe is going to come a full round in the Kollywood and Tollyhood. Till then let me wait for her :P.
Sameera Reddy: No words to talk about this girl. All i can say is she is simply HOT. She really sizzled in Varanam Ayiram &
Musafir and currently if there is someone whom I wanted to get married other than Raveena is Sameera. I know marrying her is a distant dream but no one can stop me from thinking :). Again if don’t get married to her I wish I have two daughters to name them Raveena & Sameera. At present my notebook and mobile if filler with her wallpaper and screensaver. If Sameera reads this blog some day or some time I wish she contacts me and that would be the day in my life. Ok now let me stop here and start dreaming.
I’ve been travelling through KPN Travels from my teens say for last 13 – 14 years. There were days where we strive to travel in KPN for itz service. But off late it is sad to see itz service detonating as it become a Big name. I personally faced a lot of problems with them and last week when my colleague Mr.Ramanan had a very bad experience which I faced 6 months back. I thought it was high time to bring things to Light.
 Let me start it from problems I faced.
Personal Experience One: Six months back I booked a ticket in KPN from Madurai – Chennai. I reached the boarding point 20 min before bus arrived and I got the boarding pass immediately. Then I was asked to sit on the waiting area and they said they will call me once the Bus arrives. Since it has been an hour I went to them asking if the bus has arrived and to my shock they said bus has already left and they blamed me for not checking with them regularly. Also when I requested a refund they denied it nor did they say they can make alternate arrangement because it was the last bus. I didn’t want to create any problem because I thought I must take part of the blame for not checking with them regularly.
Personal Experience Two: Five months back (during January) I was travelling in KPN from Chennai – Madurai… They driver of the bus must have kept the A/C so much cold that no was able to sleep and every one wanted to Piss because of the A/C. We all insisted the driver to reduce the A/C but it fell into his deaf hears. Then later we all asked him to have a pit-stop which was also not considered. Over a point our anger was downgraded and we started begging with the driver as we were unable to bare the cold. The driver real psychopath took all of us to Madurai with great despair. I thought of escalating it and ignored it because I didn’t want to mess with the livelihood of a driver.
Personal Experience Three: Four months back again I was travelling in KPN from Chennai – Madurai and after travelling an hour from Chennai I want to PISS badly. I requested the Driver stop for a moment. He denied my request telling if he did so many others will request the same. Finally he stopped at the pit-stop point which took another 2 hours. Again I left it because I didn’t want to complain about this to anyone because I thought there is some mistake on my part.
Ramanan’s Experience: Last week after Startup City Event was done me & bala dropped Ramanan in Bhommanahalli by around 9 PM and he got his boarding slip by 9 o clock itself. Ramanan’s bus was scheduled at 11 o clock… Ramanan said he was checking every 15 min from 10.45 PM onwards and it seems he was told bus was late. Then finally there was a bus which came by 11.30 PM and when Ramanan asked if that was his bus he was told that was not his bus. But eventually that was the bus he should have boarded.
Again by 12 o clock when Ramanan approached them about the bus. He was told the bus already left and the person who was dealing with him went into hiding. Again he was not offered a refund. But he some how managed to convince them and he was sent in by 1 o clock special bus in a seat that is next to Drivers seat. He resisted traveling in that seat. They said there is nothing they can do if he can’t sit there. Eventually he had to travel sitting there and travel with great discomfort.
It is very much sad to see a company which was known for itz service levels and for the way they scaled in 15 years to come down so drastically in service levels. I don’t know if they have taken success for granted? Anyways on all occasions we were in receiving end and unable to do anything. Atleast by writing this blog let me get contented that I’m passing this to 100’s of people and make a small effort to show my protest.
For last 2 months we are working on raising capital for expansion and to provide 360 degree web solutions. We presented our Business Plan to many VC’s the common reply we got was our Business Model was fragmented and VC’s never invest in fragmented business even if it is promising.
We were advised by them to go for Angels or Private Equity investors. So now we are looking for Angels or PE’s. So, if anyone of you or your friends are looking to invest in some company kindly ping me we will present our business plan.
Two months back I told about the demand for a HD FLV Player and I shared my spec with Sriram, founder Contus Support. Now I’m surprised to see them launch a great product HDFLVPlayer which is highly cost efficient and gives value for money for clients.
I personally see their product staying away from his competitors in terms of;Â

For long I wanted to tattoo and the dream got realized last week when I went to Garuda Mall. I had a temporary tattoo painted my star sign Pisces in my right hand and after 3 days I tattooed a sea horse at Forum Mall.
Â
It took only 2 – 3 min of time to get it sprayed but there was difference in pricing at Garuda Mall we were charged only Rs.40/- where as in Forum Mall I was charged Rs.80/- almost double for the same.
Â
After I got tattooed I was given a small slip which had Tattoo Care instructions.
Â
Â
Yesterday I went to Bella Ciao restaurant in Kottivakkam Beach, Chennai for dinner. I found a stall for tattooing but the stall was closed. I might go there by evening and get a new tattoo in my hands. For a person who needs to get tattooed can contact Garuda Mall & Forum Mall folks in this number

Last Saturday I’ve been to StudioK to shoot for marriage profile. This was a long pending request and again my laziness prolonged this simple request for more than a year and after cancelling the appointment for 5 – 6 times finally I’ve done it.
Â
I must really give credits to StudioK folks and I’ve never been thru such a professional way for shooting for photos.
Â
Now my parents are happy and let me see if this turns up lucky to find my better half.
