Services offered & to be offered by CCS


Thought there are bouquets of services offered by Cogzidel Consultancy Services (CCS) we have accomplished most of the listed services we have offered and it is my desire to complete the entire cycle of services soon.

Some of the services which have already been offered:

Company Incorporation: In fact I must say this has been the star product/service offered by CCS. From the date of inception we have incorporated 20+ Private Limited companies.

Trademark Registration: This is our second star product/service. Though this service was listed right from our inception. We got our first client only in the month of March 2009 only to get more and more every month. Till date we have applied for Trademarks for 20+ companies.

Statutory Compliance: This has been our third superstar service. We have registered for Service Tax, Professional Tax & Sales Tax for 15+ companies some are renewed banks. We have also calculated, worked & filed Service Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Income Tax returns for 40+ companies.

Accounting & HR Services: This service includes Accounts Punching, Tax Calculation, Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance Management. We take care of all the Accounts & HR (Excluding Recruitment) operations of an organization leaving the promoters to concentrate on operations and marketing. This is one service which we want to promote as this gives us residual income. We have 7 clients for whom we work on this on a monthly contract basis.

Drafting Agreements: Though we do this to our clients for most of the services. We have serviced 4 clients to whom we have exclusively drafted agreements.

Individual IT returns filing: Thought this is not in our core business agenda we have added this in our services list as we have to file IT Returns for our own staff who number around 50 people and to our client’s staff who number to another 150+ people. We had a target to file 1000+ individual IT returns but we ended up by filing for 250 people only. We went to people at the last moment and we have our lessons using which we can achieve our target by next financial year.

Business Plan Writing: This is one service which is picking up off late. After serving a client in writing his Business Plan 6 months back to pitch in for investment. We are getting couple of enquires off late.

Fund Raising: This would have been our No.1 product provided if we are able to raise funds for all enquires. We are working on ways to be successful in raising funds for our clients though Venture Capitalist, Angel Investors, Private Equities, and Bank Loans etc. once we catch hold of a formula we will take this in a Big way.

Till now we have not offered services clients for only one listed service.

Franchise Consulting: Thought we have all necessary alliance and knowledge to help individuals to get a right franchisee or for a company to launch its own franchisee we have not reached to the targeted clients yet. Still we have not received any enquiry on this. I must sit and analyze where we are lacking and how to improve in this service.

Incorporating a LLP: Incorporating Limited Liability Partnership is a new option for individuals to run a registered company like LLC in US. This is a very new service and we have to tap this market.

CCS has moved to itz own office a month back. We have 5 extra workstations which we are planning to lease out. So these are the facilities available; 

  • 5 computer tables & chairs.
  • 2 MBPS Broadband from BSNL. This will be shared by 12 systems.
  • Invertors backup for upto 4 hours.
  • Fully air-conditioned office.
  • A small open cafeteria to have snacks and lunch.
  • Ample two wheeler parking. Cars must be parked on the road.
  • Office located on West Mambalam which is centre to city.
  • Easily accessible to public transport. Hardy 500 meters Mambalam & Kodambakkam railway station. 250 meters from Five Lights bus stop.

September Schedule


I’ve had many busy and hectic months but the difference is I’ve noticed them only after the end of the month. But this September I’ve a packed schedule and for the first time I’m planning my diary. So these are schedule for this month. 

  • Everything starts with office warming of Cogzidel Consultancy Services new office…
  • Then it is Vicky’s marriage and we have planned for a 2 day leave and have a get-together.
  • Then there we a weekend trip to Ramesharam.
  • Then there is a whole week of performance review & appraisal.
  • Then there it is the first anniversary of Cogzidel and we are planning to make it a memorable event.
  • Then my there is a 4 days holiday for my sister and we are planning for a family outing to Kodaikanal & Kuttralam. It’s been more than a decade since we went our as a family. Waiting to cherish the moment. 
  • In spite of all these I’ve to schedule meeting with potential investors and must fix a target for this month and achieve it, new office setup etc.

Most of this months schedule will be special & emotional like best friends marriage, new office setup, family outing, visiting new destination like Rameshwaram & Kuttralam. Hope events turn up as expected… Will keep you posted on overall experience by end of September.

Hooray!! Cogzidel Consultancy Services has grown from a baby to adolescent kid which is on itz own within once year inception. Having started with a shared office a year back, we are moving to our own leased premise near Kodambakkam.  

Yes it is an 800 Sq Ft office which is on the centre of city with very good access to public transport. From now on we can accomplish a lot of goals and the first thing is my dream project of starting a incubation center where we can help startups by proving space and infrastructure when they are at bootstrapping stage.

Now it is time sit and draw proto type for interior design and interesting part of planning and budgeting.

Name Cogzidel is one year old…


Today morning when I opened my mailbox came across this email from bala. Really can’t believe how time runs and last year same time all I had was the support from people like Major, Bala, Boopathi, Senthil & Bala Krishnan. That was the biggest capital I had and have. Last one year has been really cherishing and enjoyable.

Dear Cogzians,

This day (6th August) of last year, was a memorable day in the history of Cogzidel. That’s when the name “Cogzidel” was discovered.

After having a stomach-full of tasty meal served by Major’s mom at his home, the team of people consisting of me, Anand, Major, Balasubramanian and Boopathi, started looking for a suitable name for our company.

Happened to scan through many names and finally, selected “Cogidel”.

Anand suggested to insert “Z” in the middle as it would create an attraction – and that’s the name we got as “Cogzidel”.

Meaning: Cog zi del

Cog – someone who does important and routine function
Del – indicating prompt delivery

And today, a year is over since then and we realise how time runs so fast.

We are happy about what we are today and I’m sure next year same day, we will be in far more better shape and heights.

Work with great spirit and make it happen !!

Cogzidel CFO gives a speech on Budget 09 – 10


Kizhakku Pathipagam, in association with Fundsindia.com, conducts a weekly workshop on Personal Finance. Topic for the last session was about impact of Union Budget on Personal Finance.

Last week our CFO Mr.Bala Murugan was invited to clarify the queries of invitees. There were around 30 people who attended the event. Unfortunately I didn’t make it to the workshop as I was in Madurai.

For me and for all who are unable to make it for the workshop organizers have uploaded the podcast of the whole session.

Last three days


Last three days have been really exciting. This is the first time I’m sitting without much work in Madurai. Thank to our new CTO Kannan who has taken the responsibility of streamlining things. I thought I can spend a week in my fitness for a week and then go back to Chennai and concentrate in raising capital for Cogzidel.

For last two days I’m living just by eating white portion of egg and working out for 2 hours. This prompted Kannan to compete with me unsuccessfully. He stared with a strict diet for a day and gave it up the very next day.

Yesterday night thought of giving up my diet and thought of eating Dosas which made Kannan excited that I’m breaking my diet. Fortunately for me (unfortunately for Kannan) that Dosa shop was closed and I had to continue with my diet.

To the envy of Kannan I’m following my diet till date and hope to continue the same atleast for a month.

CCS files I-T returns for Reliance BigFlix Chennai Staff


bigflixI’m thrilled to have Reliance BigFlix as one of our client. I think this is one great moment in the books of CCS and kudos to Mr.Bala Murugan for his non-stop follow up and for striking the deal. Though this is a small deal we are thrilled for more than one reason. 

  • BigFlix admin team Googled for “tax consultants” and got our link from Google Search.
  • It is always nice to see your website site working for you.
  • Then another excitement is working for a brand like Reliance.

Now I think we must be a part of their vendor list and would be glad to grow our business with them and try to win more orders with this credential.
